Not sure of the logic of this, but if you really want to confuse yourself when trying to tell the time, then sync yourself to metric time. It is an attempt to create a "decimalized time system for our modern base-10 using world. This is a neglected part of the Metric System (or SI) which has created a whole measuring system based on 10 for mass, distance, volume, etc., but no official decimalized time units for normal day-to-day use." If you're not feeling this, then you might want to try our Chromo suggestion which is considerably easier to understand and far prettier.
