Remember the old 6 Degrees of Separation theory? Two people, who do not know each other, who may live at extreme opposite on the planet, would theoretically be linked by only 4 people standing in between them as the rings of a chain, each "ring" only knowing the person who come before and after him in the ring sequence. On December 1st, as a demonstration of the desire to cure AIDS once and for all, 50 of these chains will be started in different areas of the globe by passing along a tin of mints to a friend, supposed to also pass it along and so on, until the 35 mints have been consumed, the tin is empty and returned to the Youth Aids Office by January 1st, which for each empty tin completed with the 35 signatures of the almost strangers who took part in the effort, receive a conspicuous donation by the organizers: the cool mint company Hint Mint and Chic Blvd. They are still accepting applications, so if you want to help AIDS patients finally take a breath of relief, get your tin, start you own chain and inspire 35 more people to keep it going! And to make it more "scientific", rumors are that the modern world leader of that old theory, now being tested under the name of Small World Project, will take part in this event as well.
