Israeli police found dozens of marijuana plants in a flower-filled traffic island on a major highway in Jerusalem Monday. Police said they had no clue who planted the marijuana in the carpet of flowers laid down by the Jerusalem municipality. Israel Television showed two plainclothes detectives weeding out the illegal seedlings as cars drove by on the busy highway.

A police spokesman said they would hunt for more marijuana.
