RESFEST continues in its 8th year to showcase the year’s most innovative shorts, features, animation and music videos. The festival will kick off in New York this fall and will tour worldwide to over 20 cities across six continents. RESFEST showcases work in all genres and visual forms, shot or created in any format. Audience Choice Awards will be given at the end of the tour. Final Deadline: May 14, 2004.
