NBC will launch its first video-based Web site, VideoSeeker, on Wednesday. Pornography aside, the most popular Web sites to date have been dominated by text and graphics. NBC is hoping to change that, betting that video clips of TV shows such as "Friends" and celebrity

interviews from "Access Hollywood" will make VideoSeeker the leading video-based site on the World Wide Web.
