This little snippet from our friends at Zentertainment who have heard the word that Marilyn Manson recently met with at least one major studio in town, in regards to a film he’s written which is loosely based on his recent “Mechanical Animals,” album.

Expect to see an announcement sometime in the coming months with official details, but in an interview with Rocktropolis allstar news, Manson was quoted as saying “It’s in the tradition of Tommy and The Wall. But I think that I would compare it to a combination between Wild In The Streets, ‘60s rock and roll, and teen revolution, and Naked Lunch.”
