Item 2 - Seminar for Emerging Fashion Designers GEN ART invites emerging fashion designers to attend a free seminar entitled "The Business of Fashion" focusing on business and legal issues affecting fashion designers and their companies. The seminar is co-hosted by the law firm of Kronish, Lieb, Weiner & Hellman LLP which has a specialty with regard to legal issues affecting the fashion industry. The seminar will include panelists: designer Eileen Fisher, Charles Bunstine II, the former President of Barneys NY and Francois Poirel, the Group CEO of Paloma Picasso Companies. Item 3 - Film Festival Submission Deadline looms on Feb 15th All submissions (shorts & feature films) are due for the GEN ART Film Festival 1998 which will run from April 29 - May 5th. Item 5 - GEN ART Film Festival 1998 Full Festival Passes on Sale On February 10th, GEN ART Film Festival 1998 Full Festival passes went on sale. The full festival passes permit one to see all of the screenings at the film festival and to attend all parties and events in connection with the festival. Each full festival pass costs $125. They can be ordered by calling (212) 290-0312. Payment by American Express or Check. Tickets for the individual films and after-parties will not go on sale until Spring. The festival runs from April 29 - May 5.
