After a year of solid touring (over 100 gigs in 1997), Richard is back in the studio working on the follow up to the debut album"Dead Elvis". A couple of tracks from recent sessions have been confirmed in the new Irvine Welsh film "The Acid House" due out in Spring.

But the band won't be permanently tucked away in studio; Death In Vegas are confirmed to be part of Mary-Ann Hobbs' Christmas party, with support from The Lo Fidelity Allstars. The event is taking place at the Zodiac Club in Oxford on Tuesday 23rd December and the whole night will go out live on Radio One. They have also found time to support The Prodigy & Black Grape in Australia in late January.

Finally, the FearlessBeaven graphic art installation is still on at the Dazed & Confused gallery until 2nd January.
