The event explores the use of wireless communication in artistic and social practices, and features input from radio artist and pioneer Tetsuo Kogawa, (Japan), cultural theorist Micz Flor (Germany), artist and filmmaker Pete Gomes (UK), and Simon Worthington of Mute Magazine (UK).
