A cheeky new ambient campaign from Saatchi & Saatchi takes the Club 18-30 brand, already renowned for its naughtiness, one stage further as reported by shots.net.
To save some blushes, we thankfully have a picture to explain the new campaign, which goes by the name of er, Flaps.
A test run has already been carried out in Maidenhead, to check the offensiveness level, but surprisingly no negative responses have been logged, as creative director Tresor Thomas explained.
“It has been running for the last month in Maidenhead but we haven’t had any complaints, which is astonishing and actually a bit disappointing. So we’re going to see how far we can take it into suburbia and hopefully get some complaints along the way.”
As to positive responses, there have been plenty. “We’ve had a few voxpops from people going through the station, and the right target market thinks it’s hysterical, but for the rest it’s going over their heads. That’s perhaps why we’ve got away with it and haven’t raised any complaints yet.”
The campaign will soon be launched across London and into the suburbs.
