We’re excited to announce that this coming Wednesday 14th December, 2011 we’ll be opening the doors to Protein by DunneFrankowski - our very own coffee shop.Our friends [DunneFrankowski](http://dunnefrankowski.tumblr.com/?ref=protein.xyz) have designed an awesome modular multi-purpose coffee bar to live in our [18 Hewett Street](http://18hewettstreet.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) gallery space. The two coffee connoisseurs have crafted a coffee bar that works under the ethos of functionality over form, focusing on presentation, service and design. It’s a space that can be run comfortably by a maximum two people, and also be taken and re-created in a variety of spaces ... lucky for us, first stop is Protein HQ.The coffee shop opens at 8am and you'll get a free coffee with your first Foursquare check in at Protein. Come down and hang out with us, there’ll be food served between 12pm - 3pm (we’ll be unveiling who the chefs are closer to the time ...) In the evening, we’re throwing a party to celebrate the coffee shop opening and also unveil [The Independent Coffee Book](http://independentcafes.co.uk/london.html?ref=protein.xyz), an insider’s guide to London’s foremost cafés, espresso bars and coffee roasters by Vespertine Press (and photos by DunneFrankowski).The party starting at 6pm is guest list only, get in touch with us at Protein by DunneFrankowski Opening Times
