What's going on? Legendary graffiti artist [COPE2](http://www.cope2truelegend.com/?ref=protein.xyz) has been hired by [Time Magazine](http://www.time.com/?ref=protein.xyz) to [bomb a billboard](http://www.woostercollective.com/2005/06/cope-2-graf-on-wooster-street.html?ref=protein.xyz) on Houston and Wooster in New York. [Adrants](http://www.adrants.com/?ref=protein.xyz) has the scoop, "We're told Fallon arranged the deal which calls for COPE2 to bomb the billboard with tags over a four week period culminating with the application of the Time logo and promotional copy. In a world where Paris Hilton sells hamburgers, the source comments, we shouldn't really be all that surprised staid Time, Inc. might do something like this."
