Like the [Rita's event](http://prote.in/feed/2013/02/the-gourmand-supper-club-ritas?ref=protein.xyz), the intimate affair was attended by 16 guests and took place around the bespoke Man Table by French artist [Jean Jullien](http://www.jeanjullien.com/?ref=protein.xyz). The exquisite menu had a total of 12 dishes, each an exceptional exploration into texture and flavour. From pork with fried moss and mushroom powder through to Portuguese seafood porridge and Colher de chocolate, it was absolutely delicious from start to finish.
