Team Bistroteque ([http://www.bistroteque.com](http://www.bistroteque.com/?ref=protein.xyz)) are opening a pop-up restaurant on the still-being-built Westfield shopping centre in Stratford. Perched on the rooftop of the new Olympic site, the restaurant will be the first public event to take place and is looking to be an ambitious and exciting project for the Bistroteque boys. Known as much for their fresh cuisine as for their clientele, Team Bistroteque are sure to whip up a spin for Studio East Dining.
