You've just pulled in Soho, but you can't be bothered dragging your temporary lover back on the night bus. So what do you do? Well for those bereft of dignity there's always a back alley. For the more discerning there is the new Soho Hotel, a place no one would mind doing a walk of shame from. Just opened by Kit and Tim Kemp (of the Covent Garden Hotel), the 85 bedroom boutique hotel - that was once a multi storey car park - is however, much more than a handy pied a terre. With its contemporary English décor (every room is different), swanky granite and oak bathrooms and obligatory mod cons, it's definitely a place to impress. But if you really want to make a statement you could always book one of the four fifth floor penthouses, boasting tree-lined terraces and a powerful vista across London. If you want to Refuel then you can visit the bar/ restaurant of the same name serving top quality modern international cuisine. And if you do overindulge, you can make the most of the gym and personal trainer on-site. Which should also help you shape up ready meet another prospective bedfellow. The Soho Hotel - Now open 4 Richmond Mews, W1 - 020 7559 3000 Rooms from £235, private screening rooms available [Link ...](http://www.firmdale.com/SHext.html?ref=protein.xyz) Source: Urban Junkies
