Fresh off the heels of last months newly opened [Spuntino](http://www.spuntino.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz), [Polpetto](http://www.polpetto.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) in August and the original [Polpo](http://www.polpo.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz), Russell Norman (above) and Richard Beatty are opening their fourth restaurant venture in Covent Garden in June named [da Polpo](http://www.dapolpo.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz).

Tried and tested favourites from all three sister restaurants will be available at da Polpo, including an all day Venetian small plates menu. Brand new dishes to the da Polpo menu, crafted by group head chef Tom Oldroyd include a meatball section and an extended pizzetta selection. Polpo’s signiture interior will be revisited with vintage furniture, carbon filament light bulbs and a tin roof, look out for [da Polpo](http://www.dapolpo.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) opening in June.
