Opening on the 19th January the new restaurant at the [Royal Academy of Arts](http://www.royalacademy.org.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) promises to bring together the best of British, design and food. Under the guidance of the prestigious designer [Tom Dixon](http://www.tomdixon.net/?ref=protein.xyz), the restaurant’s bar is constructed from lava stone from Mount Etna. Book a table now to dine in style under the previously unseen glass installation of the Academy’s collection whilst enjoying their delectable tapas-style menu.
