# Protein Germany Journal launch party round up

**We held a party in Berlin to celebrate the launch of Protein Journal #16**   
  
On the hottest day of the year so far Protein Germany threw an intimate party at [Our/Vodka](http://ourvodka.com/?ref=protein.xyz)'s distillery to launch the latest issue of *[Protein Journal – The Age Report](http://store.prote.in/collections/protein/products/the-age-issue?ref=protein.xyz)*, featuring SHOWstudio founder Nick Knight, experimental producer [Holly Herndon](https://www.prote.in/en/profiles/holly-herndon?ref=protein.xyz), art world enfant terrible [Ed Atkins](https://www.prote.in/en/profiles/ed-atkins?ref=protein.xyz), radical food designer [Marije Vogelzang](https://www.prote.in/en/profiles/marije-vogelzang?ref=protein.xyz), and much more!   
Apart from a healthy selection of cocktails available from [The Juice Dudes](https://www.facebook.com/juicedudes030) and Our/Berlin guests enjoyed photographs from Alina Negoita’s seminal photographic essay [Birds in Space](https://www.prote.in/en/feed/2015/05/protein-presents-birds-in-space?ref=protein.xyz). Plus, the guys from [White Trash Food](http://www.whitetrashfastfood.com/restaurant/?ref=protein.xyz) provided our guests with burgers and fries, all of which were enjoyed in a giant picnic area outside.
