The Protein by DunneFrankowski coffee shop is now open!

Our friends [DunneFrankowski](http://dunnefrankowski.tumblr.com/?ref=protein.xyz) have designed an awesome modular multi-purpose coffee bar to live in our 18 Hewett Street gallery space. The two coffee connoisseurs have crafted a coffee bar that works under the ethos of functionality over form, focusing on presentation, service and design. It’s a space that can be run comfortably by a maximum two people, and also be taken and re-created in a variety of spaces ... lucky for us, first stop is Protein HQ.

As we love our data here at Protein, we've made a real-time Chromo Enabled feed to track/celebrate each and every coffee sold, so head over to the [Protein Store](http://prote.in/store?ref=protein.xyz) to see it in action.
