If you check in to the Protein Feed often it shouldn't really come as a surprise that we follow the works of [Wu Tang](http://www.wutang-corp.com/?ref=protein.xyz) closely, we've been fans of the crew for a long time. Purely for good time vibes, we thought we'd share this gem with you to end your Monday work day with - [GZA](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GZA?ref=protein.xyz), [RZA](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RZA?ref=protein.xyz) and [ODB](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ol'%5FDirty%5FBastard?ref=protein.xyz) during an interview on Rhythm & Soul, a local NYC public access program in 1991.
