Non-alcoholic cocktails usually feel like a cop-out, oftentimes your martini glass is filled with a medley of juice... it just doesn't cut it. [Tom Colicchio](http://twitter.com/?ref=protein.xyz#!/tom%5Fcolicchio), the multi-talented restauranteur and judge on Top Chef (!) feels the same way. He's brought in Sean Patrick McClure, who tended bar at Daniel in to revamp the cocktails at [Craft](http://www.craftrestaurant.com/?ref=protein.xyz). Non-alcoholic newbies include the Yuzu Rose Spritz, Kumquat-and-Fennel Smash, the Bitter Sicilian and the Pineapple Julep.

Gin? How about orange-blosson water instead? We're always up for alterna-tasters.
