To celebrate creativity in East London, local collective [Real Gol](http://www.wearerealgold.com/?ref=protein.xyz)d have paired up with designers [T-Shirt Party](http://t-shirt-party.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) (part of [ISYS](http://isysarchive.tv/?ref=protein.xyz)) to hold an inclusive T-Shirt design workshop in association with [Hackney Council](http://www.hackney.gov.uk/dalston-square.htm?ref=protein.xyz).

Taking place in [Dalston CLR James Library](http://www.hackney.gov.uk/dalston-library.htm?ref=protein.xyz) and Dalston Square, participants will be encouraged to use books, archive materials, scissors, glue and digital printers to create a collage tee design, 'that says something about themselves and the area they live in.'

Inspired by T-Shirt Party's iconic [designs](http://t-shirt-party.co.uk/tees-2/?ref=protein.xyz), every T-shirt will also be emblazoned with the words 'Mass Movement', to create a one-of-a-kind individual tee that is nevertheless part of a collaborative process. With local artists such as [Alex Sturrock](http://www.alexsturrock.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Ben Freeman](http://www.ben-freeman.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Phoebe Collings-James](http://www.phoebecollingsjames.com/?ref=protein.xyz) and [Rhys Coren](http://rhyscoren.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) on board to help out (as 'librarian collaborators'), the event is for everyone of all ages to get involved in.

It's a great project that involves the community in a little creative fun. Head down yourself on Sunday 2nd Septmeber 1-5pm, or check out more info [here](https://www.facebook.com/events/276469262469302/).
