When a product is multipurpose it can be important for the emphasis to be on one element more than another. For example, where wearable tech and jewellery are concerned, the product doesn’t really appeal if say, it’s a pedometer with an aesthetic after-thought. The way to succeed is to make a beautiful piece of jewellery with a technological kicker.   
  
[Kiroco Touch Jewellery](http://www.kiroco.com/?ref=protein.xyz) is a range of interactive jewellery with a fourth generation jeweller overseeing production, ensuring form comes first. Kiroco jewellery features Near Field Communication (NFC), allowing messages, images or videos to be uploaded to the pendant which can only be viewable when held up to a smartphone. Users can then update the jewellery with new messages and sentiments, allowing for a personal and unique messaging platform. The messages can also be 'Timelined', allowing you to reread the messages at will.
