Hipster kids Robertas in Bushwick are known for giving New York it's newest slice of heavenly pizza so why not create a video telling the world just how much it can change the world. Besides running a farm which supplies the restaurant with fresh ingredients, they have just built a brick oven to bake bread and continue to house Heritage Radio out of shipping containers where daily programming discusses the locavore food movement of Brooklyn.
Now they've joined a competition set up by Yoxi, an online creative competition site which has designed a game addressing key social issues where ideas are pledged and voters are asked to pick the winners. Roberta's is no stranger to utilizing such digital platforms to develop their business goals: last year they earnt $20K+ on Kickstarter to build and launch Brooklyn Grange, a rooftop farm in Long Island City and no doubt will continue to produce viral adverts to shout about their next adventure. Ten teams were invited to 'rumble': reinvent fast food giving a 90 second outline of their opinion. This is the magical result.
