Please be upstanding as ResFest, ?the original digital film festival?, touches down in the UK next week [28-30th Sept] to showcase some digital delights as part of their current International tour.Not to be one to get into the debate with onedotzero about who was the first digital film festival, ResFest has continued to grow from strength to strength with the support of it?s sister digital film making magazine ?Res? and partnership with Chris Blackwell?s Sputnik7.com site.The three-day programme at The Ritzy in Brixton is sure to please. The highlight must be the 50-minute animatronic feature, ?WaveTwisters? which is an animated ?visualisation” of DJ Qbert’s album, “Episode 7 Million, Sonic Wars Within the Protons”.
