Ensembl is a joint project between EMBL - EBI and the Sanger Institute to develop a software system which produces and maintains automatic annotation on eukaryotic genomes i.e. it's a public access platform for the Human Genome Project. Access to all the data produced by the project, and to the software used to analyse and present it, is provided free and without constraints. Some data and software may be subject to third-party constraints. Ensembl presents up-to-date sequence data and the best possible annotation for metazoan genomes. Available now are human, mouse, rat, fugu, zebrafish, mosquito, Drosophila, C. elegans, and C. briggsae, Others will be added soon. Search yourself at: http://www.ensembl.org/
