Half a million set-top boxes will be bought for ITV Digital's successor by mid-March. From the débâcle of ITV Digital has risen a new force in British television that is already making big waves. Freeview, the successor to ITV Digital, has been going for less than four months but it looks like it could be in a quarter of all homes within five years.
