Just to keep up our Bush bashing for a few more days, a poll of readers conducted by Total Film magazine has rated George W the year's top screen villain. Nice. Bush won the dubious accolade, announced on Wednesday, for his appearance in Michael Moore's documentary Fahrenheit 9/11, beating a shortlist of fictional film bad guys. The president was voted scarier than characters such as Doctor Octopus, played by Alfred Molina, in Spider-Man 2; the cannibalistic Leatherface in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre; Gollum from The Lord Of The Rings trilogy; and Elle Driver, the assassin played by Daryl Hannah in Kill Bill. Almost 10 000 people voted in the poll, conducted by Total Film Magazine.
