The system connects wirelessly, your ipod to your shoes. Your shoes send your ipod info that can tell you: how far you've come, how fast you are going and a coach will tell you to hurry up, slow down, and play music faster or slower to motivate you.

When done, you connect your ipod back to your computer and it will give you statistics of your training, and will log your progress over time. You can download training modules from iTunesStore and training music. Props to Chris for the hook-up.
