In the place to be ...

Micko Westmoreland's current 'Receptionist' EP on Blue Planet has been wowing the punters with it's blend of drum'n'bass, left-of-centre soundscapes and good old-fashioned theatricality - this is his first ever live show, prior to the release of his debut album ('One Pound Note') in June.

A DJ set from Jason & Ben. All Seeing I recently hit the charts with the ska-inflected 'Beat Goes On'. Rubber Johhny released a distinctly odd single on WARP last year, and release their debut album for Rephlex imminently. Little is known of the mysterious 'Twat'...

Yossarian is the latest signing to the burgeoning Satellite label, Yossarian sounds like a '98 incarnation of Captain Beefheart, drawing from nursery rhymes, music boxes, barber shop and musique concrete for inspiration.

DJ set from the master of moog-related madness Barry Smith and regular Scratch DJ's Tony Morley (The Leaf Label/Electronic Lounge), Jon Tye (MLO/Twisted Science/Lo Recordings) and Rob Young (The Wire Sound System) play the nicest records they can lay their hands on.
