Last Thursday our gallery at [18 Hewett Street](http://www.18hewettstreet.co.uk/?ref=protein.xyz) hosted the launch of poultry perfectionist's latest cookbook, [Ride or Fry: The Dante Fried Chicken Experience](http://www.prote.in/en/store/ride-or-fry-the-dante-fried-chicken-experience--2?ref=protein.xyz). A few lucky souls even got a nibble of some of the highly sought after chicken itself. If you weren't so lucky, don't despair, Dante and co have taken up residence in the kitchen of Catch's [Death by Burrito](http://www.deathbyburrito.com/?ref=protein.xyz) and will be there all week before culminating in a special Sunday brunch-up, (get tickets for that [here](http://billetto.co.uk/en/events/21816/tickets?ref=protein.xyz)). For your tastebud's sake, don't miss out.
