We love food. We love it so much we're even hosting [supper clubs](http://www.fffaaattt.com/?ref=protein.xyz) at our gallery now. Naturally, we're on the look out for the haps in food world...and what we've got here is too good.

David Chang, Momofuku chef and foodie hero islaunching Lucky Peach, a quarterly iPad app and print journal in April. Each issue will revolve around a dish or ingredient - the first app will have an interactive bowl of ramen from his Momofuku Noodle Bar. There'll be about 50 recipes, 35 videos and other hot whatnots to check out when clicking around on the picture...included in that will be an interview with Allan Benton, king of smokehouse bacon (which is used in the ramen broth), a tour of a ramen factory in Japan, appearances from Anthony Bourdain...

Sounds real good, we can't wait.
