We love burgers. And we love food trucks. [Dante Fried Chicken’s](http://www.dantefriedchicken.com/?ref=protein.xyz) Ride or Fry truck rolled out in L.A. a few months ago... unfortunately it’s not reached us across the pond yet. What we do have over here is [The Meatwagon](themeatwagon.co.uk?phpMyAdmin=97c4d66babct6d9c2fd8), which serves the world’s best burger. Their juicy meat feasts have seen kids queuing up for hours to get their chow on.

That is, until the truck got stolen.

Now one of our fave blogs, [Foodspotting](foodspotting.com?phpMyAdmin=97c4d66babct6d9c2fd8), is celebrating their 1st birthday on Saturday 15th January with foodie get-togethers all over the world. We're organizing an eat-up at [The Meateasy](http://www.themeatwagon.co.uk/?p=485&ref=protein.xyz): the temporary pop-up diner by [The Meatwagon](themeatwagon.co.uk?phpMyAdmin=97c4d66babct6d9c2fd8). Taking over the top floor of The Goldsmiths Tavern in New Cross, The Meateasy will be raising money for a new truck and we’ll be there to help make this happen.

The Meateasy feast is this Saturday 15th January and we’ll be starting at 7pm.
