The guys, Cesar Ciffer, [http://www.ameliasmagazine.com/art/rodrigo-souto/2010/03/04/">Rodrigo](http:// <a href=) Souto and Tutti Serra have worked together for just over four years, high time to set up shop. Supremely talented, they're all agedbetween 25 and 30-years-young and already have almost 25 years of tattoo experience between them.
