# Beck’s Art Labels

[Beck's](http://www.becks.com/artbottle?ref=protein.xyz) have recently launched a series of limited-edition beer bottles featuring work from some of today's most original artists from around the world. For the next few months, all bottle labels will transform to display one of six original designs created exclusively for the project.

Protein Networks commissioned the six artists [M.I.A](http://www.miauk.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Aerosyn-Lex](http://aerosynlex.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Freegums](http://freegums.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Bert Rodriguez](http://www.minegro.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Geoff McFetridge](http://championdontstop.com/site3/champ.html?ref=protein.xyz) and [Willy Chyr](http://willychyr.com/?ref=protein.xyz). Designs include a mesmerising swirl of colours from M.I.A., black and white geometric patterns from Freegums and Willy Chyr's playful balloon sculpture. In total, 24 million bottles have been produced, which is equal to 1,255,000+ square feet of art (or more than 280,000 Mona Lisa's).

To launch the bottle designs, we teamed up with [Heist](http://heistprojects.com/?ref=protein.xyz) to create 6 films to celebrate the artists, their work and the cities they live in. From Chicago, to New York, the films give you insight into the inspiration behind their art labels and the studios that house their ideas.
