Instead of transmitting the wilds of the street, Canadian rapper [Baba Brinkman](http://bababrinkman.com/?ref=protein.xyz) provides us with a lesson in human origin in his acclaimed [Rap Guide to Evolution](http://http//rapguidetoevolution.com/?ref=protein.xyz). Written with the aid of leading scientists, Brinkman performs his hip-hop fuelled low-down into the history of species following the success of his former educational project, The Rap Canterbury Tales. And it’s worked, leading Brinkman recognition receiving a Scotsman Fringe First Award after performing at Edinburgh Fringe back in 2009\. Brinkman will be spittin’ the theory of origin at Covent Garden’s [Prince Charles Theatre](http://www.princecharlescinema.com/index.php?ref=protein.xyz) this week, alongside screening previews of specially produced videos documenting the show and hosting an introduction and Q+A session exploring the background to the project.
