The British Supermarket chain ASDA knew there might be trouble but they did it anyway. "We released a range of knickers, bras and foundation-wear called 'microsoft'," an ASDA spokesman confirms, despite knowing that software giant Microsoft might object. However, "we didn't think there would be any confusion."  
  
The Seattle company did raise their legal hand, but have agreed to let the new label stand so long as ASDA doesn't capitalize the 'M' in microsoft.
