On Saturday the 2nd of August we're hosting a panel as a part of not-for-profit charity, [House of St. Barnabas](http://hosb.org.uk/?ref=protein.xyz)', 4-day [Art Social 14](http://hosb.org.uk/our-culture/?ref=protein.xyz) festival. Tying into the rest of events scheduled between the 31st of July and the 3rd of August, the Digital Democracy panel discussion will see a range of panelists, comprised of industry experts, artists and designers, explore the potential of digital creative platforms to bring the arts to the socially excluded.  
  
Speakers include: digital artist [Margot Bowman](http://margotbowman.com/?ref=protein.xyz), [Joel Gethin Lewis](http://joelgethinlewis.com/?ref=protein.xyz), co-founder of [Hellicar & Lewis](http://www.hellicarandlewis.com/?ref=protein.xyz), and Mark Williamson, Head of artist services at Spotify.
