We all know the genius of [Dante Fried Chicken](http://www.dantefriedchicken.com/?ref=protein.xyz#awp::) who not only hosts his own [cooking show](http://www.dantefriedchicken.com/dfcs/?ref=protein.xyz#awp::dfcs/) where he invites artists and musicians to cook with him (the latest features Santigold whipping up some coconut mac & cheese) but also runs [Ride or Fry](http://rideorfry.com/?ref=protein.xyz) the food delivery service where he delivers his infamous homemade fried chicken right to your door. So it's no surprise that one of our favourite food bloggers [Amy Blogs Chow](http://amyblogschow.com/?p=6296&ref=protein.xyz) decided to spend an afternoon chilling with Dante and write up a little feature on him.
