Protein US is looking for a Ad Operations Executive to assist a dynamic team and help sustain the productivity of our early adopter focused ad network while helping to maintain a lifestyle orientated client portfolio.

This role will require you to assist our Senior Operations and Accounts team to manage the smooth operations and campaign management within the digital Ad-Ops department.

**Ad Operations Executive will be responsible for:**

- Assisting sales team with media plans, creative strategy, and ideation.
- Setting up client campaigns once approved across publisher network.
- Daily monitoring of current campaigns.
- Trafficking, Optimization and Troubleshooting.
- Reporting to internal teams on delivery and performance.
- Updating and collating sales related materials.
- Publisher Relations.
- An understanding of display media, digital marketing and site analytics required. Coding and design skills a bonus.

**Required**

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year+ work experience - in a Ad Ops related role, with trafficking experience
- Analytical ability
- Proficient in Excel, Keynote, Googledocs
- Awareness and knowledge of influencer culture-focused publisher landscape: music, fashion, lifestyle sites
- Awareness of ad server technology and digital media & analytics
- Awareness and knowledge of programmatic
