Originally from North London, she's been around the world (literally) for the last 10 years and now finds herself back in her old stomping ground. We originally interviewed Phoebe 2 years ago during her "transformative year", so we're happy to now finally share an updated version of her story recorded a few weeks ago in our Studio in Shoreditch.
